The Gajda Wellness RoundUp Recap
Saturday, February 28th

Thanks to all who attended the Gajda Wellness RoundUp.  We
had a great turnout and great speakers. It was a well rounded afternoon featuring a variety of disciplines focusing on health, stress abatement and maintaining a positive attitude.  Dr. Howard Wolin, John Stelnicki and Dr. Scott Clark's speeches were well received.  Calvin Hill's Indian Prayer Ceremony put the finishing touch on what proved to be a very informative and insightful day.

Thanks to our videographer, Terry Strand, you can check out what you missed by viewing portions of the speakers remarks via the following links:

The Three-Step Detox Program

This extremely innovative Three-Step Detox program was designed by a team of doctors, chiropractors, and Naturopaths who were disappointed with hit or miss results in chronic dis-ease cases.

Rather than do extensive and invasive testing to determine the underlying cause of a patient's dis-ease, these physicians designed a therapy program that would address all of the most common underlying causes of chronic dis-ease.

This approach has many benefits for the patient.  It saves the patient time because they can start the program without waiting for test results.  It saves the patient costly and invasive blood, urine, and fecal testing.  Also, many patients' dis-ease is the result of a combination of underlying causes.  This type of program addresses all of the most common underlying causes of dis-ease.

Are You Listed Here?

Chronic Fatigue Colitis
Joint or muscle pain Acne
Headaches Mood swings
Carpel Tunnel Syndrome Sugar handling problems
PMS Arthritis
Hot flashes Allergies
Indigestion, gas, bloating Brain Fog
Constipation Etc.

Addressing the Most Common Underlying Causes of Chronic Health Challenges:

  • Structural Problems
  • Hidden Food Allergies
  • Chronic Inflammation
  • Toxic Overload
  • Heavy Metal Toxicity
  • Leaky Gut
  • Cell Malnourishment
  • Joint Damage

This Three-Step Program uses a holistic approach that combines nutritional & herbal supplements with a controlled anti-inflammatory diet, along with your treatment at Gajda Health Plus Network.

Acupuncture, is it for you?  Cliff Morland

Acupuncture works by placing very thin needles into specific spots on the body in order for our energy to flow smoothly and freely through us.  When this energy is moving through without being blocked or restricted, our cells, tissues, muscles, organs and glands are able to be nourished and thrive.  Other areas that an acupuncturist will address to bring about well being are: diet, exercise, relaxation techniques, massage and herbal supplements.

Acupuncture is an effective, safe and natural way to bring about health.  Unlike drugs, there are no side effects. You get to the root of the problem, instead of treating only symptoms.  In this way, the body can heal on deeper levels.
